Bunny Wait List

Our bunnies receive a lot of attention, and we are so grateful for that! As a caretaker, I spend significant time answering questions, giving advice on supplies, and providing guidance on bonding and health. I love doing this—it shows me how much you care about your future pet.
However, we use a waitlist to ensure our families are committed. In the past, we’ve had people "ghost" us after we’ve held bunnies and provided personalized photos and videos. To prevent this, the waitlist is mandatory for those ready to make a commitment.

Waitlist Details:
  • The Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This is not an extra fee; it goes directly toward the total price of your bunny.
  • The Process: Once you fill out the waitlist form, you will be directed to a deposit page. I am notified immediately and will reach out to you within 24 hours.
  • Choosing Your Bunny: I will share who is currently available or which litters are expected soon. You pick your bunny, not me. * Preferences: We do our best to fulfill specific requests for color or gender. If you are set on something specific, we will work with you (within reason).
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable except in the rare event that something happens to your chosen bunny while in our care. In that case, you may move your deposit to another bunny, wait for a new litter, or receive a full refund.

How Do I Choose a Bunny?
Once your deposit is confirmed, we will email you photos and videos of available bunnies.
  • In-Person Visits: If you are nearby and wish to visit, you may do so once the babies are at least 3 weeks old (this is when their eyes open and personalities emerge).
  • Remote Selection: Most families choose via email. I will look at the preferences on your form to see what lines up best.
  • Waiting for the Right Match: If current bunnies don't match your preference (e.g., you want a white bunny but we only have black), you can move your deposit to a future litter.
  • The "Rare" Colors: Some traits, like blue-eyed whites, are less common. If your specific request hasn't appeared after two litters, you may choose a different option.
I Chose My Bunny. Now What?
If your bunny is under 8 weeks old, they must stay with their mother. To keep you involved in their upbringing, we provide:
  1. Weekly Updates: Photos and videos so you can watch them grow.
  2. Weaning Process: We begin weaning at 7 weeks.
  3. Transition: By 8 weeks, they will have spent two nights away from mom to ensure they are ready for their new home.
Go-Home Day: What to Expect
Today is the day! Before you arrive, please ensure your housing is set up. (We recommend YouTube for housing ideas and have a list of tried-and-true products on our website.)
  • Transportation: Please bring a bunny carrier or a box with holes. Use Timothy hay at the bottom—no bedding, please!
  • The Visit: You’ll visit our bunny barn and interact with your bunny in the play area while we chat and answer final questions.
  • Gender Verification: While gender can be tricky as they develop, we are about 90% accurate. We will show you exactly how we check so you can verify it yourself.
The Bunny Bag
This is your "Quick Starter Kit." It includes:
  • The bunny’s pedigree (framed)
  • Transition hay and pellets
  • A comprehensive Bunny Care Guide
My Bunny is Home!
Congratulations! To ensure a smooth transition, please follow these "First Week" rules:
  • Limit Handling: Please resist the urge to hold your bunny for the first week.
  • Limit Space: You should limit the amount of space that they can roam until they become more adjusted to the space and surroundings.
  • Build Trust: Bunny hearts are fragile. Forced affection can hurt your bond. Instead, sit near them and talk to them so they learn you are a friend.
  • Strict Diet: Do NOT feed your kit (baby bunny) anything other than what was provided in your starter bag. Their tummies are very sensitive; refer to your Care Guide for when it is safe to introduce treats.
Complete the form to get on our wait list and be the one of the first to be notified of newly available bunnies.
